man i had a 1996 black extended cab s10 i bought it brand new first brand new for me i was 26,,,,6 months after i slammed it low with like a 4 & 6 drop or something it was low,it smashed the y pipe flat from speed bumps and crap,a few months later i met a guy at a red light at night,he was in a body dropped astro van he hit a switch and i heard a air sound and it went down to the ground,flat,i was like wtf ? so i ended up over his house really soon after,the guys name was Bill Carlton from extensive metal werks who is on motor trend called TEXAS METAL i got air ride soon after meeting him,so maybe 1997 it laid frame with 17 inch budnicks i was cool i was one of the top 5 people in houston and no telling how far around to have air ride,then i installed a camaro LT1 and it had a 5 speed so then i was really cool haha that thing ran like a best i smoked so many mustangs and ss impalas,camaros and trans ams with lt1 for some reason i dont know it was just fast i had 356 gears and the manual so who knows,i was young so i waxed it every weekend,back then no buffers,so by hand,the wheels no fancy pants speed ball wheel polishers again by hand oh power balls it was so glossy black and bad ass,in 2011 or 12 i sold it to this punk kid for 10 grand he wrecked it a week later.yep.so im old school for sure i ended up going to bills wedding and hung out with the dude every wed/nights drinking and to see a old buddy of yours on tv is a trip.to say the least,later man take care of that truck

Air-ride is smoother than regular shocks. They raise it to whatever height they want it at while driving. Now for a question for you- Do you not realize that a majority of the Tractor Trailers in the world have Air-Ride Suspension on them? Or Motor Homes?

Built by Rick Dore. He has built several Cars for James. His work is phenomenal!. If you want to watch another video of it, I do have another on the channel of it and it has a lot more detailed shot. I shot it from another show and I was able to get close up to shoot the content. Thanks for watching! Please subscribe too of you've not done so. ! I have a ton of content coming.

@@AnAutoEnthusiastsLife How long did it take him to build this car it does it have ear ride suspension please please comment back it is sexy I would definitely do different colors than this though I would do candy Brandywine in a copper color for the fenders
@AnAutoEnthusiastsLife3 жыл бұрын
@@martinneps9387 I do not know how long the build took. And Yes it does have Air Ride. I was hoping to go to the Petersen Museum in Los Angeles before they take the Exhibit out, but I am not sure if I will be able to make it. And if you saw the car in person, then you would love the color.
