Hi, no question is ever a bad one. The tool is called a twilling tool. There are many twilling tools on the market. Paper rafters use them to make the most beautiful swirls out of tiny paper strips. I’ve seen them at hobby lobby but amazon is sure to have what you need <3

Joanna Reyes me and my mom were struggling witht this one thing we tried and it was a butterfly but it couldnt cut the inside of it, it was just the shape of the butterfly and ive tried to find vids of it but couldnt find any🥺💗

Stephanie Silerio Hi Stephanie! The best way to care for vinyl on a cup (plastic, ceramic or any other surface) would be to recommend gentle hand wash only. I like to recommend cups be used mostly for drinking water as it will help with the cup maintenance. Also! The more dainty and tiny the cut the likelier it is to have lifting unfortunately :( Permanent vinyl is the best! I’m sorry if I wasn’t able to help much. Any other questions that you have I’d love to help :)

Gloria Sanchez Hi Gloria! I have used Holographic Vinyl. I haven’t experienced chrome, however. I have looked into the different classes of Holo Vinyl and there doesn’t seem to be any different variations of the adhesive hold that they have or specific vinyls for different surfaces. I am sooo sorry I wasn’t able to answer your question. I am going to be making a similar tumbler for My sister using the holo vinyl and I can definitely update you on how that holds up and lasts ❤️ I hope your projects go well Gloria!
