I picked Burger Flipper profession: Thin skinned, High Thirst, Slow Healer, Claustrophobic, Conspicuous, Hearty Appetite, prone to Illness, Smoker, Weak Stomach, Clumsy, Short Sighted, Slow Reader And Speed Demon, Cat's Eyes, Dextrous, Outdoorsman, Wakeful, Lucky, Fast learner, Keen hearing, Athletic, Strong. I added underweight and gymnast for recent gameplay

It's a single player challenge game mode called "A really CDDA" You start in December, naked, drunk, has nasty cold, glass shard in your groin and your house is on fire. CDDA is an abbreviation for Cataclysm Dark Days Ahead. You could give it a try 👍
