I couldn’t live without my phone which is ridiculous. I find myself reaching for it for literally no reason. I went to Leeds festival and having no signal was amazing I came back home after it was getting so pissed off at notifications 🤣 I think I’m going try turn my use of my phone to be more productive so I’ve deleted all the doom scrolling apps and am trying to use my phone as more of a tool to make money now than a curse leeching my free time away

This is what today's world doesn't seem to understand. Not to get all political and shit, but right now Nickmercs is being wildly attacked for "switching up" on Dr Disrespect, but what people don't understand is that's how real life is. Nickmercs was not aware of Doc's actions when they were friends, but after he became aware, he then cut ties. That's how it works. It's not being fake. That's how this shit works. If your friend does some haneous shit and you find out, you cut ties. That's how the fuck it works! And yes, usually ties aren't cut until the person is outed, because a person who's doing something wrong doesn't make it known that they're doing something wrong and the people close to them have no idea about it UNTIL it is known. Another thing is, it's important to understand that "Scrolling" doesn't refer to just TikTok. Reading and Commenting is a big thing about Social Media. Too many people read headlines and then give their 2cents when nobody asked for it. Even if you have nothing better to do, just doing literally anything else is more productive than reading, and commenting, about a celebrity who smashed a papparazi's camera, or whatever other insignificant bullshit is being reported. You commenting on that celebrity's life doesn't do anything good for either you or them. For fucks sake, they don't even know you exist, but yet you're writing a strongly worded comment criticizing them (or defending them). This is why I have significantly cut back on how much time I spend on the Internet (at least from a social media standpoint, I'm obviously still gonna play video games). I was at a point in my life where I was reading reviews on games, movies, etc, instead of just watching those movies, or playing those games, myself. And not only that, but some times I would go see movies in the theater, and then I would stay seated like an extra 10-15 mins after the movie ended so that I could write up my opinions on the movie and put it on Social Media. But one day I just started realizing... why the fuck does it even matter? Who the fuck cares what I have to say? And then I just stopped. Social Media isn't a real place. It's fake bullshit. It doesn't represent real life. Something "big" that happens on Social Media has no weight on the real world because Social Media doesn't represent real life.

I can already tell he's gonna stop his consistent uploading spree soon, He already said he was gonna start to upload daily a couple videos back and that hasn't come to term. I'll give it 3 months max till he takes another half a year "break" and comes back with another drama video. Drama and controversy seems to follow him and he doesn't really have any reasonable retorts for them. When people say they miss faze rain, you might have a negative reaction to that, but they don't mean they miss the old faze rain videos, they missed the person who was so fucking consistent at uploading, was one of the biggest gaming creators and still some how went years without directly being involved in drama.
