I was there last night for several hours - was wondering if you where out there?
@AlaskaPlaneSpotter14 сағат бұрын
I was out earlier today on the hill that looks straight at the ACP ramp where I usually go to. I’ll try to be out there tomorrow sometime in the afternoon weather permitting if the weather is reasonable around 2-4pm if not possibly later on in the evening 7-9pm ish maybe.

Nice 😎 ! .. in the late 1960's , as a junior-high student "across the pond" in London , I got my personal plane-spotting start , and 55 years later I still enjoy watching the dynamics of aircraft movements , especially at scenic locations like this .. there's a surprising amount of commercial aviation diversity here , when you consider that every second or third departure appears to be a 737 operated by Alaska Airlines 😊

This is Absolutely Fabulous stuff. I hope you end up with a Million subscribers. And maybe you could do Oshkosh Seaplane base next year?

What many of you posting from outside Alaska is an even better view is literally next door at lake hood, the largest seaplane base in the world! You can park your vehicle, or walk along the lakes shore and many different planes close by!😉👍

Amazing how times have changed! I grew up in Anchorage area, I love planes, would go out to the popular viewing area along the fence by the inlet and watch. Many cool ones then, 80’s-2003. Can’t imagine now!😉👍

That is one awesome piece of machinery I've worked on the certification of the 787 but not the triple 777 what's a good great photography certainly captures the design and huge engines

I love that view. Also, the little hill right at end of the runway before you get to the parking lot is a hoot, especially when the 747s roar overhead. Didn't know the modified 747 for the Dreamliner was here - I would have liked to see that one!

Got to have something for the winter times it’s tough to plane spot during the winter months or until there's a good enough snowbank to stand on to get Runway 33 Takeoffs but until then I'll have these videos as a backup.

@vanpenguin226 күн бұрын
Im glad Cessnas can do it too, Got nothing against Cessnas, But come on. Aquatic operation is the rightful place of radial birds like Beavers and Norsemen Oh. And, uh... F I R S T ! ! !

I am going to anc runway15 to watch the planes. Can you give me the location of the shooting location? Thanks!
@AlaskaPlaneSpotter7 күн бұрын
This is at the end of Point Woronzof DR that over looks the North Terminal it’s a good location for when Runway 33 is in use. For Runway 15 i use the dirty hill that looks at the ACP parking ramp.
