I just called these number you showed in your video. It is just a regular Amazon customer service, nor for KDP. They could not help me at all.

The first time I listened to their Amazon audible course trailers where they mentioned pure marketing BS things like "done for you", and where to hire script writers and narrators for cheap. No one gives away winning lottery numbers, or gives free tips for the race tracks, if it was as easy as they claim they would be publishing everything they can and keeping all the profits for themselves. They're making their money selling this crapy course not via Amazon audible as they claim. There are still many selling courses on how to sell products purchased from Alibaba and selling them on Amazon.

If we want to have different membership/access levels for various purposes (as in: Person 1 will (1) need to have access to multiple levels of downloadable course materials; and, (2) be able to have access and participate in various discussion areas or news groups [all of which are independent/unrelated functions]; does PMP allow for that, and if so, HOW? My account was terminated. They stated that my KDP account had a previous account that was closed and that we are only allowed to have one account. I've emailed them and they replied several times stating that they reviewed the matter and are upholding the decision and warned me to not open any new accounts otherwise they will be closed and no royalties will be paid. Discouraged. Any advice or help from anyone would be appreciated. Thank you!

I listened to the twins one-hour pitch and downloaded their free email Freedom PDF but am confused about how they produce ACX Audible audiobooks on Amazon because ACX requires you to already have a published e-book or print book with Amazon Kindle (KDP). The pitch says to start making audiobooks and later turn them into e-books and print books.

The AIA is a legit course....with good instruction. HOWEVER, aside from the minimum of $2K upfront, ($3K if you split into 3 payments of $999) you need at least $5,000 in reserve (and that is considered a low budget by their standards) which will be used to create your FIRST book. They do not tell you how much money you will need until AFTER you have purchased the course. This program is NOT easy and requires a lot of time. Also, their policy states that there is NO refund unless you have a book published and it was unsuccessful. I spent $2500 (purchase an additional product) I did publish a book in the 7-Day challenge, but that was a short book and not the big book required in the refund policy. Shortly after my husband was diagnosed with Stage IV cancer, everything came to a screeching halt with his care. The out-of-pocket medical expenses used up the funds I had set aside for this adventure. I reached out to the company explaining my situation and could I get even a partial refund, they flat out said no, I did not publish a book therefore I did not meet the criteria for a refund! Buyer beware!
