Heart warming and pulled at the strings, I'm SO glad that she has a supportive family and has changed the laws in Australia. I didn't realise that when she first appeared in Australian soap Neighbours as a transgender character that the groundbreaking storylines she played was mirrored off screen as well. Well done on Neighbours bringing this storyline onto our screens and I'm looking forward to seeing the soap returning to Amazon Freevee A.S.A.P . Shame on Channel 5 in U.K which cancelled the show bringing it to an abrupt end in 2022, but well done on Amazon coming to the soap's rescue and I can't wait to see if Georgie Stone will reprise her role as Mackenzie Hargreaves

The book About a Girl is a great read, well worth the time. I enjoyed it, and also learnt a lot. This family went through hell and supported their daughter all the way, for which I give them respect for standing on their principles and beliefs.

The best outcomes for transgender youth in our oppressive society come with supportive parents, it's encouraging to see attitudes around this change, especially with so many other things going wrong in civilization

So I wasn’t too sure how I feel about transgender in terms of science but my gosh, Georgie was clearly born female. It’s so interesting to watch this from the beginning and to see the pictures along the way. That being said, I do still believe they put her on hormone blockers too early but that is my own personal belief. These parents clearly knew their daughter and her needs and I applaud them for helping her become the beautiful woman she is today.

What a wonderful tenacious human being Georgie is. <3 I'm just reading her Mums book and feeling grateful they have taken upon themselves to educate people about something they would otherwise be unaware of.
