My trainer put this on my lat and back day. it's basically this with a straight bar, I'm supposed to bring it up to my chest and pull my shoulders back when I go up. The form is basically this, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right cuz I can max out the cable at 75kg and still do it. my trainer says I've just gotten stronger, but I don't know.

Glad someone consider 1-4 reps a workout cause many new atheletes are focusing only on 8-12 myth for strength

Its all about consistency guys. I started two months ago as a prediabetic and my A1C is back to normal doing average stuff but consistently. Now I'm semi-ripped. It works, check me out!

For people that want to know the difference Yes bands can build more muscle than dumbbells this is because your muscles always have tension and your ROM in increased slightly and muscle injuries are decreased

I've been neglecting my calves for too long. The 1/4 squat jump might just be what I need to get them in shape.

meh. don't need to spend $$$$$$ on a trx. those exercises can be easily done on the floor with no equipment or with gliders. just as effective and safer.

I see so many dudes doing these wrong. Using their calfs and bending their forearms to like… to almost jump and pull the weight up instead of keeping the arms locked out like this… I imagine this will lead to injury lol. How its shown here is exactly how Ive always done it and I almost started thinking I was doing them wrong because I see so many dudes doing it the way I described

I've been taking TestoPrime for 4 months, I don't know if they increased my testosterone, but they sure haven't made me bigger nor increased my gym performance other than the initial placebo effect. My review, total waste of money.
