Stating you are leveling up and then using a standard bench in lieu of the dedicated roller type stand for one of the greatest lunges ever created - the Bulgarian split squat, is hypocritical. Keep up the good work though!

Tell that to Sylvester Stallone who uses them. Not to mention that a better workout is combining bands and dumbbells weight at the bottom and resistance at the top . Btw use something heavier than the lightest band for your workouts and you might find it a challenge.

Thanks so much for this workout. I use it as part if a longer workout now. One thing I've just realised today and may help other, on the hip switch I keep hold of the clubs just near the thicker end, helps me not have to use my hands to switch. Hope this h3lps someone else. Thanks again 🤙

I reside in canada and i ordered 3 of these testoprime on my 2nd bottle near the end i got blood work and my testosterone levels was at 686 compared to it being very low before

If you only have a 15kg dumbbell, we'd suggest you try to get a lot of volume in to build up your calves. You could try to hit 20-30 reps each set you do.

Honestly all of these exercises on the hanging leg raise machine would be much more efficient and you could get more accomplished with less reps. You can achieve the same thing in the video by squeezing your abs when youre laying down lol there's hardly any resistance
