Thank you very much for watching and for your question. Heat the pan for 5 minutes, then turn it to low to preheat the naan. We mentioned 5 minutes, but you can check if the bottom of the naan turns light brown before putting it in the oven. Oven temperature should be 250 degrees. 10 minutes is maximum time please keep an eye on the oven if colour turned medium brown it’s ready. Please make sure not to overcook it in the pan. Hope you have fun while making this recipe
