Thank you. This plane is just a hell of a lot heavier than the 11.2 lb they list. Makes me feel a lot better knowing this for certain.

I would be very interested in his AUW, I just finished the Miss Kitty version with Power 90 electric and mine in order to CG is pushing 18lbs!

Finding my way in designing the motor firewall for a Surpass Hobby 4250 800 kv outrunner. Keeping the hardwood mounting lords, just opening the spacing on them. I'd do a KZbin short video on the modifications

4 cell motors with 2 5200 mah 4s packs way up front. I remember the nose weights I had to add...nearly a pound with the 2 K&B 40's

Did you modify for flaps? I'm building a Royal Cessna 336 this winter...I'm going to add the flaps and change the ailerons to the correct size. 2 Electric 4250 brushless 800kv for power and build light with a lot of sanding. I built the Skymaster 30 years ago...this will be round 2.

I have a Turbinator 2. I just added a mount underneath it. I am going to video with it pointed backward and have the guys follow me. That way I can get footage without trying to keep up.

@@GibsonAviation Probably a couple of 40-46s. You could go down to 32s. It is my Dad's plane.

2 K&B .40's in my original build 30 years ago. Plans call for Merco .35 up to a .61. The hardwood mount lords have a spacing of 33 millimeters@@GibsonAviation
