You can absolutely get sfw yaoi, there's all kinds of stories out there, with varying levels of intimacy. There's quite a few stories where the boys barely even kiss, even! I agree that it's a strange choice for a kawaii box, also because the art itself doesn't really look "kawaii" to me, it seems more mature in general. Same thing for the pop pin, i don't think it looks cute at all. The rest seem like pretty good choices, stationery would also be a pretty good adition to one of these!
