Whoever decorated this house is confused. There is no cohesiveness, it's like random bunch of things piled together. Some of the Ikea cabinets, furniture and decor are ugly that it cheapens the house. The first bedroom was nicely decorated, but the masters bedroom and the others are just plain ugly. The kitchen has a huge island attached to the wall on one side, that you have to keep on walking around it to get to the other side. I would have made the island smaller and created a breakfast nook beside the wall instead. It's a nice house but poorly decorated.

I love it! It's just that the powder room is just beside the dining area. Need to set some house rules that no one is allowed to pee or poop in the powder room during meal time.

For everyone's information, this house was dubbed as "The Blak Heim" when they featured it back in March 2021 and being sold for Php190 million. In just 3 years the owner wants to flip this at double the price??? They didn't even bother showing the facade... probably owned by a celebrity, perhaps? 🤔

But they do watch it in youtube. Celebrities like Dennis Trillo and Jennalyn Mercado bought their dream home via Presello. I once read in facebook post that he lost a sale because of Presello. KZbin is actually perfect platform for this billionaires. You have no time to visit or look a house for yourself so you asked your secretary to do it. Your secretary looks for it in Google then saw Presello video within the price point your boss want. The secretary like it and show it to the boss. The boss like it as well and ask for a meeting with Presello to view the house. The boss visited the actual house and eventually loved it and decided to buy it. Just because they are super rich doesn't mean they are not familiar about this platforms for them to use.

This house was already featured by Julia and presello team years ago, it looks different now because its interior design and personal touches of the lucky owner, now it's for resell.... I love this house when this was featured by presello before it has been sold.

Meron talagang mga property na you can tell that the budget was not an issue and that the architect and interior designers were given free reign to go all out and this is one of them. Standout ang pagiging pulido ng pagkakagawa compared to other house tours.

Probably the best house featured in this channel. Yung house and lot na hindi puro house but has beautiful outdoor setup. I can imagine idling on the balcony watching birds perched on trees and the leaves dancing in the wind. 😌🍃
