On March 12,2024, I went to Jump'n Jammin and bought two 10times pass cards for a total of $320. After swiping my card, the staff said that their machines sometimes have problems and need to be restarted. After restarting, they asked me to swipe my card again. A few days later, I found that the payment had been deducted twice. I then disputed it at the credit card center and then went to Jump'n Jammin to report the situation. The staff remembered me and said they would let the manager know. Then there was no response. The credit card center showed that it had sent a letter asking about Jump'n Jammin but there was no response. Here to tell all parents, if the staff asks you to swipe your credit card again, you must be vigilant and call the police immediately. Unless you want to go into trouble like me.

Being on a ride for a short period of time is fun, but being stuck in reverse like that for ten whole minutes without knowing when it would be over would be nauseating and exhausting.

@@suckerpop1520 I could see it being traumatizing depending on the individual. Someone with anxiety or sensory issues like autism could have a full blown panic in a scenario like that. You may not understand it, but that doesn’t mean it can’t reasonably happen. As for being furious, I see no reason whatsoever why they shouldn’t be allowed to be mad. I go in expecting a controlled riding experience, and then I’m stuck spinning backwards for 10 minutes straight not knowing when the hell im going so be still again, I’m going to be pretty damn upset.

@@suckerpop1520 The traumatizing part isn't from it physically spinning, it's from the vulnerability of the inability to leave and not knowing when they will be able to, wondering what else might break down while they're stuck. Some people have other issues that would emphasize this anxiety over a lack of control. As these are still giant machines that could potentially hurt someone, we expect these situations to be controlled. Meanwhile, the emergency brake wasn't working. The height limit for the ride is 4' so there are children that are wondering how they're gonna get off and get to their moms and dad's and may never get on a ride again fearing that they may not get off again. Not to mention some people have physical issues that could make a 3-5 minute ride fine, but 10 min would make them pass out or vomit. The possible trauma comes from unwillingly being in a vulnerable situation.

@@Blueberrybomb1234my guy, when he says pull the plug he’s talking about killing the power on the ride. And on that topic what do you mean electric signals? That’s basically calling it electricity with extra steps. It’s not like the ride siphons electricity from the ground.

@@Vgamefrk1these rides all have a master shutoff breaker. So yes basically a switch. It's just high voltage and normal operators don't have access to those panels for obvious reasons.
