I've seen Omar at the Saxon Pub in Austin quite a few times over the years. I miss him (no, he's not dead but can't play anymore due to some disease).

STILL One of the greatest bands ever produced by the greatest city for bands in the United States… I only wish that there were more of the music on vinyl, that they had done some more Studio work! And also I wish (ah !!! how I wish!!!) Hire Fidelity video recordings existed somewhere in that field of historical documentation of that lost era of Austin’s greatness

I remember dancing to their music in Austin, Texas, in about 1978 or 79, jumping up and down to the music… That’s the way we danced to it😆
