The couple of comments about wearing gloves prompted me to comment about them myself. I worked restaurant for many years and we didn't have to wear gloves. Imo gloves are only as clean as what you are touching anyway. Wash your hands!

I thought all the children was cooked in a pressure cooker ? Looks like a regular oil cooker. They never put the top on it. Plus no one was wearing gloves. But you didn't show the worst part of any fast food. The walk in freezer

so the procedure for crispy is water, flour, water, flour. can someone who worked there tell me how the chicken is marinated and what main components are inside the flour? i dont mean the spices but more for example is there egg powder, starch powder...?
