I thought the catholic mass was supposed to be the same everywhere you go, so how come I can't find a video of someone singing this the way my church does? It's a different tempo and slightly different melody

All Masses are structured the same, with the same order. However, the melodies of the ordinary differ from parish to parish.

Sir there isn’t a better room for that instrument anywhere. And the voicing is perfect!!! Good job. I don’t suppose there’s a way to de-tune a few stops 1 cent or so…. The reeds in particular are too perfect. Otherwise it’s a cohesive sound. Way to go!!

Incredible job! The first time I've heard this played on the organ was earlier today. It sounded very similar to this. I'm impressed - it must take a ton of practice to be able to play such a piece.

A lot organists do this. Most people can't sing for the life of them. This eliminates 70 year old retired music teacher cantoring or if they have no one else.

Matthew, I really like your version! Great use of the expression pedals- I don't see pipes in your videos, so I'm assuming this is a digital instrument? I own a 2008 Allen Chamber Series digital, however I don't believe my instrument sounds as good as yours. Well done!

It'll be cool once the antiphonal speakers are or have been installed. Especially in such a big space. At my church, you have the main speakers next to the organ, and the antiphonal speakers, on the opposite end of the building from the organ so you can hear the wonderful acoustics and it actually takes some time for the sound to travel.
