Sorry i love to buy or invest in this property but am scared of Lagos state Govt Demolition spray.....Its so so scaring...investing in lagos is a no no no for me right now...

There are reason why the government demolishes a property. The property demolished in Ikota Lekki last month encroached into the standard setback for Ikota carnal. The developer so were aware of the encroachment . This property is located within an estate and isn’t close to or sitting on a land with government interest or on a property for public use.
