I had that experience before. devastating. Occurs quick and smolders for several hours. The neighbors might not have even had insurance. Maybe none did if they are all duplexes.

I do have another partial video of him. Not sure it's worth putting half a song. I'm a big fan of his. I saw him at my first visit at Folk Fest in Edmonton about 10 years ago and I bought one of his album on the spot.
