Many thanks for joining and commenting. No change to MPG - I maintain a combined 18mpg. I have gotten 25 highway recently with the treads about 5/32s just prior to the replacing. I will be uploading the replacement this week.

Many thanks for joining and commenting @COddietsch ! Me too. Last year’s snow fall was a letdown and looks like this year’s will be the same. I am creating a 1 year update video. These tires have been excellent. Right on per would never have thought Pirelli. I was looking for a good value tire at the time and when this Pirelli tire was listed as the least expensive.. $165 per tire, I had to see for myself what a Pirelli SUV A/T tire could do. Enjoy your set.

Many thx for this fantastic comment @schlipperschlopper Agreed it is sad. The crime is not making provisions to preserve the oil / petrol automobile experience. Imagine not being able to drive either of the 275s.

The greens are going nuts as hell here, according to new judgments and changes in EU and Gernan construction law, it may happen that deregistered cars, classic cars and even vehicles with seasonal license plates are no longer allowed to be stored in garages. The municipalities need money and send inspectors around to check whether work is being done in garages or whether deregistered classic cars are parked. ...that can cost up to 10,000 euros! It is even planned that in the future (unregistered) vehicles and trailers parked in the garden (outside garages) will be defined as structures for which building authorities will then require building applications and permits (and of course not grant them!); there will be a network of vehicle registration offices and building regulations offices take place so that building permits are requested by car owners as soon as they are deregistered.@@TCE63

@Schlipperschlopper I have been taking a moment to learn more about this. Thank you for sharing your experience. Let’s create some content on this. Very interesting and perhaps worth looking into if those that are enforcing this have deregistered cars or classic cars of their own… What is the benefit?

@ianhunt6438 thanks for joining and commenting. Yes. I did install without lifting the body. Lessons learned are: Take off the rear filler panel ( this will alleviate the lack of space issue). Connect the exhaust manifold sections first ( the passenger side is the hardest having to deal with the heat riser valve assembly - I taped it in place while installing the studs and nuts) but keep them loose. There are two donut sleeves that you want to heat up the end to have then seat correctly prior to connecting to the exhaust manifolds. Place the welded pipes with mufflers in the crossmember while you loosely connect the muffler hangers. Heat up the front to back/male to female connection and add pipe sealer. Take your time and muscle the muffler end pushing into the front connection while twisting. This may take a few tries of heating, pushing, and turning. Ultimately you gain the muffler side space and the hangers fall in line with the bracket. Then tighten up the front studs as well as the center exhaust hanger ( 63 has a bespoke one). Hope this is helpful.
