For each ability you have it adds to your hunger making you have to eat more and more, which means you will need Saturation ability to offset all the other abilities. Also to get the XP there are 2 options. Do a backpack with a magnet, tank and fluid output to a tank. Or there's also the Absorption Hopper from Mob Grinding Utilities that will take in XP with an internal tank as well as pushing items into your diamond barrel

Long story short Speed =/= Power. Once something work it make resistance and consumes power, speed is how fast your machine actually dose the work.

If you want a name tag to name Gerald, there is the fisheries mod, which should be in the pack which is an auto Fisher, that way you can get your name tag, as well as a few other fun items. Great series loving the progression

Just so you know, entity/structure/resource spawns are almost entirely random. The seed has no basis on where they appear in the map. That trader you saw may not be there in someone else's world even with the same exact settings. Resource maps are effected by the seed, but where exactly those resources spawn is completely RNG.

I used to have a simple to build drifter farm that used the fact drifters climb ladders so had a spawn chamber down basically mantle and 3 ladders they would climb to a kill chamber under my kitchen but it stopped working so im guessing thos 32 block thing is recent

Adding power doesn't decrease resistance, it simply increases the power available to the point of overcoming the resistance
