Been looking at this type of rear upgrade for my car, I have a s13 with stock drum parking brake, can I use the stock parkingbrake assembly with the 350x rotor? I think I read that it should work a while back but I can't find anything now when I look for it...

@@RymdSegel yes, you can use the drum assembly from the S13. Following drum assemblies work as well: 300zx Z32, R32, R33, R34 and, of course, 350Z.

Sent you a mail but did not get any reply. Wonder if there is enough clearance between the back of the rotor and the control arm and tie rod? It looks very tight from what is possible to see in teh video. Have you fitted this setup on a car with lower control arm and tie rod installed? If it works/fits I will go for this set up. Thank you.

ich habe gesehen, dass dieses Kit mit 340-mm-Rotoren von Megane funktioniert. Wenn ich etwas größere verwenden möchte, sind es 350 mm vom Evo X. Ist genug Spielraum, um zu funktionieren?? ich meine mit 17-Zoll-Rädern, nicht mit 18-Zoll-Rädern danke

Mit diesen Adapter passen nur die 340x28mm Bremsscheiben vom Renault Megane 3 RS. 340mm Bremsscheiben sind auch das größten Bremsscheiben, welche man unter 17" fahren kann. Für 350mm Bremsscheiben benötigt man 18" Felgen.

Aren't the rear knuckles of an s-chassis cast iron? Wouldn't that make them dangerous to weld?

Yes, the rear knuckle are made from cast iron but it is a certain alloy, which is quite easy to weld. There are certain cast iron alloys, which are really hard to weld.

These calipers look diffrent then the r56 jcw calipers in how they mount. These being brembo calipers do they have any advantage compared to the jcw 4 piston

You mean the boreholes, where the adapters get attached, correct? Yes, R34 has 14mm boreholes. For R34, I machine the threads to M14. So no problem there.

Depends on the offset of the wheels. Their are certain wheels, which dont require any spacers.

I am not a Mini driver, so i cant answer you. But what i can tell you is, that it clears some 16“ wheels with spacers.

If we add a fuse to power the gauge from the cars fuse panel for switched power do we only need that on the red power wire and then ground the black wire?

E36 (non M3) and E46 (non M3) are the same. But E36 M3 and E46 M3 are different.
