Same man. It’s so depressing. They do nothing to help. And I changed my name BEFORE Apple Music’s stupid policy. It makes no sense. They both have the worst customer service. Just know that if we were signed to a label things would be different. Unfortunately they don’t give a crap about small artist. And they just expect me to leave years of music behind to have a new page.

Nope! They’re the worst. I chose to restart on apple music just because I needed to be the same name everywhere, at least people can list me as a feature without problems now. It’s crazy how long this dragged on without me getting any assistance though, literally had to tell distrokid to make me a new apple page, they didn’t even suggest it as an option

@@Sharpboywolfgang Yeah i did, you have to contact distrokid support and ask them to unlink your old apple music account. When you drop from there on, it will go to a new page with your updated name, your old music won’t show on there unfortunately

for some reason mine plays two pads at once. I tried using the “Map notes for entire bank” option and that didnt work. I want to be able to play one sound at once and have it be in the correct order with the Drum Pad and FPC.
