Awesome memories....I was at this show! I actually kinda really like the roughness of this footage....perfectly in line with Eric's Trip's whole aethetic. Thanks so much for posting! Can't believe I'm actually seeing Rick White and the Sadies in a couple of months 🤯

He did this in Wellington, NZ 2006/7 but the electrics/wattage got the better of his gear and it kept breaking down for this tune. Sonic was pretty cool about it though because he is anyway. Another show in Dublin 1999 saw his car being broken into mid set, the bouncer told him so he ran off stage to address the problem. Was an EAR project so we were all left listening to a single note on the pa whilst he left. Again, A calm, collected peter kember dealt with this and completed his show.

I’m not sure who I want to cover this version more: Tool or Devin Townsend. Because of how awesome this recording is, it doesn’t need a cover, but I’m still curious.

Probably my favorite Budos Band tune - and the first one I heard. Monkey See, Monkey Do is another. Does anyone know what the acronym TIBWF actually means? It's been a mystery to me for about 10 years.

I really like this interpretation - it knows the essence of the original composition and adds a layer of its own mystique. Well done on the solo also. I am very into songs that don't necessarily use drums, (while not averse to drums per se). This one really does satisfy one's Eno worship. Some nice touches and the cicada-like synth loop at the end <Monica sighs!>.

The main riff? that's the bassline. Just turn your bass amp super loud and add some distortion. No reverb.

Norman's part follows the bass part. They play the same exact rhythm. You can hear him come in right at 30 seconds. I've just never heard a guitar make those noises before lol
