As someone who bought this thing long ago, don't waste your money folks. Send it back. It fails to deliver at almost every turn.

deep diving to understand and manage the system put in in 2016, like your experience everything they did was wrong or cut corner: no unions, no electric cutout, cables buried with no conduit, why call the people (in my area anyways) who do the same....work...if that word applies here. Admire your one-step-at-a-time over each roadblock as you went along, and so important to have the kiddo there, before My City Life I helped my father with the earlier systems , as well as plumbing and electric, and really got into it. Life long life skills. Nice piece of work all along.

Thank you. Our townhouse neighbor has this beep on and off for hours on end and won't fix it! I had to figure out what it was! I don't know how they live with it beeping incessantly.

I'm a homeowner and trying to get up to speed. I had a contractor here recently who installed a new septic pump for an above ground system. Those guys were moving fast when pumping and installing the new pump. They've been in the business a long time, but still, I wish I'd been somewhat more familiar with the process while attempting to understand the process preformed. I'm not sure the float was tethered as you illustrate. It's a bit frustrating that I pay for a service, but have to do my own homework regardless the work completed, be it plumbing, septic, electrical, roofing, haha you name it. The work ethic of this country is going south. I don't mind paying a fair price, but provide a fair product, labor included.

I put the water depth sensor as low as it can go but this means that my unit is constantly in alarm state (at 500-600%)
@Sumpalarminc Жыл бұрын
Yes. That is correct. So now you need to go onto the website, go into the graphs section where you can see the water graph, and click on the button that says “reinitiate, depth calibration”

I love finding the specific video for my problem. Put the pump in today, but it wasn't going on when I thought it should. Float wasn't tethered. Now it is, and it goes on at a lower water level as needed. Thanks!

Just a bit of advise don,t attach the main unit to the pipe like they did in this video. This is only going to make it harder to replace the pump when it fails.
@Sumpalarminc Жыл бұрын
Terry, if the pump requires replacement, it requires only two cable ties to remove the Level Sense pro, and put it back. But your point is correct, and additionally, there is a secondary mounting method where there are two screw holes on the back where it can be wall-mounted.

Sometimes when my pump activates It will discharge a few times in succession back to back why would it do this ? It doesn't do it all the time it turns on but it seems like it's doing it more often

I think Kyle is missing one step. Before entering 192.168.4.1 on a web page, I had to change the WIFI SSID to Level-Sense to link to the signal being broadcast by the Level Sense Pro device.
