Ingredients: - 125 g rava (semolina) - 125 g all purpose flour (maida) - 1 tsp baking powder - 6 eggs, at room temperature - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 100 g salted butter, at room temperature - 100 g mawa, at room temperature - 250 g sugar, powdered in a mixer

@@sarahsiddiqui3345 If it turned out heavy, I’d suggest checking whether you’re not over mixing after adding the flour. Also, make sure all the ingredients are the correct measurement. And double check your oven temperature. You can use an oven thermometer to be sure because sometimes the thermostat isn’t accurate. I really hope it works out better!

I’m using all the right amt but the problem is if I don’t mix all ingredients are still super dry and aren’t getting incorporated in the wet mixture 😔 I tried your cake 4 times, and 1 times it turned out amazing- but the other 3 times same issue what different can I do?

They are so easy to make and taste so good. I used same quantity of wheat flour to substitute oat flour and needed a tsp of jaggery powder for a lil more sweetness and added a dash of milk. It's amazinggg as it is. No need of choco ganache.

NOTE: If you want to make Boneless Chicken Jalfrezi, only use 500 g boneless chicken. You can cut them into thin stripes and cook them for lesser time - about 10 to 15 minutes. It should cut easily with a blunt spoon when done.

You could try the condensed milk. It might make the brownies a bit chewy. And yes, you can add milk if it is too thick. Just make sure to not add too much. Hope they turn out yummy!

You should get around 10-12 depending on the size. If the cupcake size is smaller, you’d get more. I would suggest baking for 10-15 minutes. Upto 20 minutes if size is large.
