This is a model, the real train line will be built in 2030. So keep watching until you die

Absolute waste of money while putting more demands on utilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile we have crumbling water mains, potholes, and broken sidewalks.

If one could actually get to the page to request assistance this could go a LONG way in getting through to anyone who could help...phone call no better a hour and a half on hold to nowhere as well... A human answering the call once made it possible to get ANY help needed...oh for a way past all non human going nowhere...thank you for nothing...have a nice day ...oh realized no one will read this...grrrr

Isn’t it silly that they are going under the river instead of over?

the video is pretty outdated, current plan is to go over the river

My meter sounds like someone's tapping on wooden crate with a drum stick once per second when someone showers, or when the washer is going. Is this something to be concerned about?

I love all the rendered compact cars as if most of Calgary doesn't drive vanity trucks and SUVs to go for groceries.

The animation looked smooth and efficient. It would be interesting to see if the city can deliver this expensive project. Estimated cost close to $1.5 billion dollars.

I think more thought should be put into the names of stations, it'd suck to have two Centre Streets or two 4 Streets on the network and it makes it really confusing for new riders I think some stations very easily could and SHOULD get renamed such as: - 96 Ave N -> Harvest Hills - 64 Ave N -> Huntington - 40 Ave N -> Highland Park - 28 Ave N -> Tuxedo - 9 Ave N -> Crescent Heights - 7 Ave SW -> Central - Centre Street S -> Beltline OR Connaught - 4 Street SE -> East Crossing/Stampede OR Railtown/Stampede - 26 Ave SE -> Crossroads OR Crossroads Market - Shepard -> East Shepard

It takes 10 years for discussion , Calgary is always like this , talk more than action . I do not believe this city can do anything

This video is 7 years old. Much has changed in terms of the city's Greenline planning, in particular the tunneling. They should really take this video down and upload a new one. The city also seems to be very hush-hush when it comes to this project. There's not a lot of up-to-date accurate information available to the public.

It's a shame the new owners of the Barron Building sought fit to demolish the Uptown Theatres because restoring them to their former glory would have made for a great centrepiece of action in that part of downtown... Alas...

I love this series and wish the city would update it. Victory Housing is/was and continues to be some of the most solidly built affordable mass market housing ever seen in Canada with most of these structures still in really good shape after 80-ish years...
