Actually theese conference systems are available used at very low prices. Many companys lease their conference setup for a few years. So after a few years, the lease ends - and often cables, remotes and PSU get lost. So the cameras and speakerphones get sold at eBay for extremly low prices. The camera for about 40 bucks and the speakerphone about 25. Wihout any accessorys. However, the wireing of the 6-pin is not documented. I bought one cable with psu and did some reverse engeneering. You find the pinout of the 6-pin miniDIN socket on wikipedia (search for MiniDIN-6_Connector_Pinout). Logitech uses the pins as following: 1: USB Data- (normaly green wire in an USB-Cable) 2: not used 3: GND (USB and PSU) (black on most USB-Cables) 4: +12V (from PSU) 5: USB-Data+ (white on most USB-Cables) 6: Infrared Data So it is quite easy and cheap to solder an adapter cable yourself. Just use an old USB-cable, a 6-pin MiniDIN connector and a 12V PSU. I did it, and it worked well. You can get a cloned remote for about 23€ on ebay. However, if you get the speakerphone, it has keys to do the same as the remote does. If you want to control multiple cameras in your KZbin studio, you can not use the remote, because they all work the same. However, the IR-Data pin seems interesting. You actually could record the signals the Speakerphone sends to the Camera and then program an ESP32 or so to send theese signals instead. Than use one ESP32 for each camera, include a smal webinterface and you could control every camera seperatly with a smartphone or website. Have not done this yet, as I mostly use theese conference systems on different remote offices and also to wath on my 3d printers. While theese cameras are "just" FullHD, they are still high quality. If you see how high the brices for good webcams are, theese high quality cameras are a real alternative, esp. if working from home. Actualy the mini DIN connectors are hard to solder without damaging the plastic. So instead using a connector, I simply used a 6-pin MiniDIN cable (50cm, 2,30e on Aliexpress) and cut in half. I also used an USB-C to GND/D+/D-/5V adapter board (25 cent) and a female 5.5/2.1 power connector. With a bit of shrink tube the adapters looked wonderful - and diy 4 adapters cost less than 10€. Aditionally I used a single Dupond cable to pin 6 to allow the camera being controlled by the speakerphone. Of course you could also use a normal USB-hub and directly solder D+, D- and GND to it and connect both PIN6-wires together. This perfectly replaces the Logitech hub. I use short adapter cables, as you still can get "PS/2-Extension cables" for a reasonable price. So you do not have only one cable wich is sometimes to long and sometimes to short.

Honestly, I prefer XGIMI because their projectors have brighter images.
