I just wanted to say myself that Giyu is ranked the third strongest Hashira and is on par with Sanemi. But I do find the reactions to be slightly off, as Shinobu is almost always angry and Sanemi almost never smiles. I think Gyomei should be praying, as he always is. But, I have to give you credit for making Giyu not run out of the room in tears when he saw Sabito. Thank you for not doing that. Either way, the video is made nicely. The designs may not be canon, but I can't make a comment since you never talked about making your OC'S canon. So I assume this is a separate AU? *This is just my advice I would like to give out for any additional changes in future videos.*
