Nobody instructed you to clean the stopper first? I’m concerned that people using syringes and needles are not getting good directions. Injecting with the needle you draw up with is also odd. But maybe that is set up like that purposely??

Yes I was but I forgot which is another reason why I’ve started going back into the clinic 😞 but if you look at some medical clinic videos they do also show injecting with same syringe but I couldn’t answer if it’s set up that way or not.

If you draw the syringe to the dose insert to the vile then tip upright to pull the medicine out it might come out better. Hope that helps! And good luck on your journey😊

Are there parks at school or dance studio near by. You can walk / exercises while they are practicing or playing a game. 😊

@@tayoosiyemi5130 there is a rec center on the same street as my daughter’s dance studio that I can walk for free 🤦🏾♀️ I just need to make a better effort when I can’t get to the gym 😞

Yes I’ve been so bloated. One of the side effects to the medication is constipation. I recently started taking the tea called smooth move and it’s been really helping.

Congrats on your weight loss. Thanks for sharing your journey. You’ve inspired me to seek help and try some meal prepping. I struggle with planning. To answer your question about the detergent pods, I’ve read where they introduce microplastics into our water (and it makes sense since they are wrapped in dissolvable plastic) and therefore I just use liquid. Did you choose the first clinic ? new sub here ! I also considered semiglutide, however could not afford the out of cost expense, cause my insurance won't cover it. I went to my primary Doctor and thankfully he decided to prescribe Phentermine for me on Nov. 8, 2023. It has helped me to be more focused and disciplined in my food choices. I now chose lower carb options, make sure I get a lot of protein each day : protein shakes, tuna, eggs, shrimp ,chicken sausage etc., I also get my 10K steps each day - mostly on my seated elliptical machine - a Cubii and I strive to get close to half my bodyweight in ounces of water each day. As of this morning Jan. 22, 2024 my total weight loss is 18 pounds. I've got more to lose to get to ONEDERLAND, Im happy about my progress so far. I chose the second clinic. The out of pocket expenses for the first clinic were way more than the second one. I too am happy with the decision I made because the doctor and the staff are such great people. They are really there to help their patients. Your journey sounds amazing! Congratulations 🎉 I need to up my water intake for sure. Please keep me posted on how things progress.

@@candidlyclaudia Happy August 6th, 2024 lady Claudia ! Update : the most weight I have lost so far is 30 lbs. its been up and down . Back in April 2024, I bought a walking pad from Amazon , it has been a gamechanger for me . I now 95% of the time get two miles in each day before breakfast. My Doctor by God's grace and to my SURPRISE he has decided to prescribe me Ozempic , waiting for it to come in the mail. Im nervous and excited about injecting, yikes !!! Im hoping to achieve the awesome results that you hjave thus far, keep up the great work !!! God's continued best to you and your treasured family always !

Congratulations on your weight loss however, unfortunately like all the other gimmicks and trends, it’s highly unlikely it will be sustainable. I hope that you, Oprah and everyone else on this quick-fix, bandwagon consider smaller portions of healthy food, 8 hours of restful sleep, half your body weight in ounces of water, and a consistent workout routine as your weight loss regimen as opposed to limiting the supply of these lifesaving drugs for ppl who desperately need them. All the best to you.

I am sorry but you are very misinformed. This user is NOT limiting the supply of "lifesaving drug." Did you miss the part where they said they used to diet and still exercise? Do you really think doctors are giving out COMPOUND aka GENERIC versions of ozempic to their patients? They are not, they are giving out the branded official version, which is why there is a shortage. This person went to a med spa doctor to get the generic, which does not affect the supply in any way. This drug is well on its way to be approved for prescription weight loss (google Zepbound). When doctors will be first to recommend the solution.. will you patronize people then? Being passive aggressive towards people who want to better themselves will not make you any better than them. Please do your research before spreading any hateful propaganda.
