The purpose Sea Horse is simple you send Chaos Max to grave, use Prayers with Eyes of Blue to equip Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon to Blue-Eyes and you get Dragon Master Magia through Nibiru or at summon number 4 with ease. Magia gives a monster negate, a spell negate, and a trap negate and you get to use all 3 negations once per turn. The deck leans more into the Spirit Dragon direction which allows you to cheat out a lot of nasty omni negates and its got lines thanks to the link 1 where you can play through 3+ hand traps. The extra normal summon is nasty because you first normal summon could be Fallen of Albaz, Aleister the Invoker, or Asteria but those are only some of the nasty targets you can normal summon. The Centurion monsters are generic enough that you can use them and play on your opponents turn a lot. With the Crimson Dragon (Which can be special summoned with Spirit Dragon.) can you can synchro summon Stardust Sifr Divine Dragon. Which has the ability to make it so all cards you control has to be destroyed twice(It counts your all of your spells and traps to.) and it has a monster negate.

Sadly Blue-Eyes needs so much to be good. It can be alright splashed into a rank8 based board breaker with either dragon support or danger package. Chaos Max can be fun too. As a BE player myself I feel we need retrains of the tuners (Give them an effect that when sent to GY recycle from GY to hand a lv1 light tuner & a special a different name lv1 light tuner from hand/gy upon summon) Also rework the big boy himself as an effect monster. (Still counts as BEWD) That being an effect designed around moving a vanilla copy of BE from GY > deck. as a quick effect during either players turn while on the field or in the GY.

My man forgot Chaos and Chaos MAX exist... I mean, Spirit Blue's combo just seems to be use Kaiser to go for it, mill a Blue-Eyes with Kaiser, tribute Spirit Blue to summon said Blue-Eyes. It essentially turns anything low-level in the deck into Blue-Eyes.

There is a lot of combinations with the link one with all of the other new cards they have shown.

Neo Kaiser sea horse’s level modulation is so you can use neo-Kaiser as a level 3 in combination with one of the many level 1 tuners blue-eyes already has access to summon ultimate spirit dragon

We need a retro banlist and start over, something like: "all the cards that were released 2009 afterwards are forbidden now", if Konami wanted to sell its new cards, it should better do a more extensive banlist form time to time and avoid the power crept, so that this wouldn't happen again.

We're missing the Ritual spell for the Dragon. It's a shame we can't pendulum it like the odd-eyes pentograph but we can still bring it out with it's own effect for special summon but we really need the ritual spell for just for consistencies. Although I think we can at least temporarily substitute it for either "Advance Ritual" or the "Meteonis Drytron" spell cards but I wonder if the ritual spell is somehow gonna be busted? I hope it is.....
