After cleaning the evaporator coil with the spray foam, then you should also use it on the outside condensor coil as it can also accumulate greasy dirty crud from the outide air. Those two coils are equally important!

I finally got "a round tuit" and tackled the front cracked and faded decals on my WGO 30W which is a shorter version of yours. For newbies looking to do this, it's fairly easy but here are some tips. Old hands at this sort of work will laugh at my suggestions because they "ass-u-me" everyone knows this stuff. First - When taping off the decal, the key is patience! For people like me who think Patience is the chick at the local deli, trust me, take your time. It'll be worth it in the end. Being a lazy sob, I didn't use short pieces of automotive masking tape. I started at one end and SLOWLY taped off the entire graphic (a Nike-ish swoosh) in one swell foop. Second - When masking off the area around the decal with paper sheets, the word is "MORE." If you think 18" is enough, go out to 3 feet. If you think an area is done, tape down all the edges. Paint has an amazing propensity for sneaking into, under and around the tiniest cracks. Cleaning it up afterwards is a PITA. Third - Hand sand the old decal. Don't use a power tool like a knucklehead I know. He wasted time redoing the sanding after the power sander burned the underlying old decal. What a dummy! BTW, start with 120 to 180 grit for the initial sanding. Concentrate on the cracked and crazed areas. Follow up with 220 to 400 grit for smoothing the surface for paint. To remove overspray, I used wet 2000 grit. Fourth - Remember Patience when removing the masking tape. In memory of Martin, thanks for a great DIY video.

Why not to fallow the manufacturer recommended cold tire pressure settings ? From motorcycles to cars and trucks ( and RV 's ) came with stickers ( and owner's manual ) were you can find the recommended tire pressure settings . Newer use the pressure rating marked on the tire sidewalls ( witch is max pressure ) !

I don’t have an RV, but I was interested in what you used for insulation and all the places you put it. I like the tip about using the dehumidifiers to minimize condensation. This happens on the ~150 year old single pane windows at my sister’s house in the winter. I’m going to share this tip with her.

Thank you for this video. Am considering a class C with toad, and the idea of towing safely seems overwhelming. Am also an extremely cautious type. Want to go the safest route; but also want to keep it as simple as possible too, as I would be traveling solo. Definitely going to bookmark this video! May need to hire somebody to do the prep work, but at least I would know what items to put on the work order, and what to look for and insist on when checking up after them (not to mention the maintenance, etc.) You are very good, and thorough, in explaining the process. Thank you! 👍🏻

Play reason I would use propane heat in campground setting like that would be if my space heater couldn't do it or it got too cold for my pipes most people use their propane heat and they supplement with space heaters the only reason they're using the propane heat is to keep their pipes warm

$19.99 electric furnace from big lots. It’s the same price on Amazon. It turns off when tipped over. We bought two. Wanted to sit between the bathroom, the door and the bedroom. And one for the living room. The fireplace it’s only for looks. It doesn’t really work.

The faceplate was stolen off my Cummins RV generator and I can't find a replacement. Tried to find one, but the make/model number was in faceplate and is gone too. How do I go about total replacement of my RV generator? It's a 1990 Fleetwood Flare.

The RV furnace also heats the area of the water and wastewater tanks, thus preventing water lines and trank freeze up. Also, the fan in the furnace will move more air around the coach. We use both the furnace and electric space heaters. During times of extreme cold weather we depend on the furnace 90% and the space heaters 10%. In our insulated water bay, we use a 200watt ceramic heater and heated water hoses
