I always felt the reward is in the discomfort. One more rep, one more layer of confidence in your subconscious. The more reps and pain in the morning, the better the day always turns out. That's why I can't stop it. Pain can feel so fucking good.

Video Summary: These are the three things that help optimize your time in the gym. If you don't get these things right, then you are wasting the time that you spend at the gym, as well as the money that you spend on gym membership: 1) Food and nutrition: your body can only build muscle if it gets good nutrition that supports your efforts in the gym. 2) Sleep: this is essential. Your body can only recover from your hard work in the gym if it has the right amount of sleep. Sleep helps the body to repair itself through natural processes and so will help you to solidify your gains. 3) Hormones: your hormones dictate everything that goes on in your body. The hormones that you need to optimize for muscle growth and fat loss are testosterone and human growth hormone. Your production of these hormones are largely determined by your diet and your sleep. So pay attention to #1 & #2 above. These three things will determine over 80% of your gym gains.

You are spot-on correct. When I was in my 40s, I was working out 6 days a week for 2 hours per day (possibly too much). I was dating women in their 20s who thought that I was in my 30s, and I'm not talking one or two but several women that young. It boosts your self-confidence, self-discipline, and your attitude. Today, I'm in my 60s and my wife is 10 years younger than me. Guys have got to get off that ass and get in the gym.

You don't need a gym to be buff Mr. I havent been to a gym for over 30 years and I'm still buff. You need the right mindset. That's what's missing. And you dont need to workout 6 days a week either. I train once a week.

What’s wrong with plastic water bottles? I mean I get it that plastic is bad because of microplastic etc but I drink a lot of water n i don’t like tap water as that’s even worse so what else can i do? (I used to filter my own water but that’s also in a plastic filter jug)
@ronnyung33
@ronnyung33 3 ай бұрын
The plastic filter jug is much better because its like BPA-Free; you're correct in that microplastics and BPA is what you want to avoid, spring water is best if you are drinking out of a bottle. Buy a BPA-Free water container; theres plenty out there like HydroFlask or Yeti

I was jackt at 18 and im getting back in pretty good shape now. Im early 30s. It will change your life. But not w women, if you have problems making friends and meeting women when you're out of shape don't expect muscle to fix that.

@@ronnyung33 I don't feel confident for women and I don't feel better for women. Sometimes I acknowledge it's more than lack of sex making me feel terrible. I need to be fit because it's my hobby, that would be like quitting martial arts bc it doesn't attract women. When ppl see my muscle yes they respect me. But I see ppl lose confidence around me, thats not something I enjoy. I go through the whole losing friends thing every time I get in shape. Forgive me for the bad writing I have a mental illness.

If you don’t count calories how do you know you are eating enough food?
@ronnyung33
@ronnyung33 3 ай бұрын
It’s called intuitive eating - when you eat clean meats/healthy fats like avocados, extra virgin olive oil, your body naturally understands that it’s getting the proper amount of nutrition. Healthier inputs give you the feeling of being full.

Good points we need to stop put poison in our body
@ronnyung33
@ronnyung33 3 ай бұрын
You’re right, most people don’t realize how much poison is going into everything. The air, the food supply, the water that we drink. It’s sad but the truth is it’s important for us to take health into our own hands and not give that responsibility to other people
