Yoh Thandi the minute you gave us the symptoms you were having, I knew that you’re about to tell us the Dr identified fibroids. I also cried soo hard when the gynae told me my uterine fibroids are back and bigger. But I was immediately comforted and believed I’ll be fine. So I believe that you’ll be fine babe ❤. You will win this battle Thandi . I started struggling in 2021, did a surgery to remove them in 2022 because they had grown so big and were affecting my life. 2024 I discovered I had grown new ones so I decided to do a noninvasive procedure called UFE and now I have changed my diet completely (no red meat, no alcohol ,no refined carbs, no sugar and no dairy ) and I feel much better. Also check vitamin D levels , fibroids are linked to a Vitamin D deficiency which I think you once mentioned that you have so work on your diet

I recently had twins while I had fibroids . Don't stress about it.

Hey T, I’m sorry you’re going through this sis 🫂 I also had fibroids a few years ago, please look into Uterine Fibroid Embolization, it’s minimally invasive and effective. I haven’t had any of the symptoms since I had it done. I hope you find what’ll be best for you 🤍

I have had a fibroid since I was 26, it was the was the size of a golf ball and never really grew till I was 30+ then it was the size of a tennis ball. My gyne kept saying we need to remove it if I want kids. Then boom I fell pregnant and my gyne again scared me to hell and back. I was told I'd be in so much pain my whole pregnancy, that it would be a miracle if I carried full term, that I'd struggle with preeclampsia......etc etc. I just kept saying if God wants me to have this child I'll have it. I'm now 2 weeks away from full term and my gyne hasn't seen my fibroid on scans since my 12 week appointment. It's there but my body is doing what it needs to do to keep baby safe. If u can remove the fibroid, remove it. But do it for your own peace of mind. Pray over body, trust it and it will take care of you.

So sorry about what you are going through. Just found out I have a fibroid too, it's 5cm, the doctors say it's on the big side. And I have the same symptoms as you do, heavy bleeding and extreme pain during periods and I just started having big clots too. I have been besides myself with this information. They said I need surgery which might end up being a hysterectomy. That means forgetting altogether about ever having babies. I am at the moment looking into other ways to manage my symptoms while I think about all this.

Hey Thandi doll, kindly advise how you did your prayer board. I had fibroids and my gynae prescribed me zoladex injections for six months it did help. Now I’m diagnosed with endometriosis and I was on danazol, and he prescribed TarginAct for pains it’s unbearable. Speedy recovery ❤️‍🩹
