I know this video is old... But the Lagoon TPI is a boat ahead of it's time. The small keels allow it to sail upwind better than modern cats, other than the dagger board varieties and it's lighter weight gives it better speed in most wind conditions than modern cats of similar size. Bridge deck slap and hobby horsing is far less than modern boats, and so open ocean travel is a pleasure. Everyone I've heard of that has owned one, loves them. Yes the interior styling is a bit dated, but for a couple, this is a special boat. Even with upgrades you can get under 250K for a slightly old fashioned, but comfortable and high performing blue water cruiser. Yes., it may be more than a similarly aged boat, but it's worth it in my opinion. Probably why I'm searching for the right one, right now :)

Horrible video. Great boat and your video did not show it off. You gave no point of reference at all in the hulls. Is it a three or four cabin? First thing any future owner would want to know. You have to go to your site to get that info. There you don't cover whether it has been inspected and repaired.
