Well you did 2 mistakes 1st is you should have changed the gun from op to vandal or phantom in case of close 1v1 situations and 2nd mistake is you shouldn't have used the dismiss in that mean time. 🙂

Maybe don't bind dismiss to left-click and learn to dismiss fast manually and you'll avoid these situations.
