The best way to fix Chelaea would be to sell the club to someone who knows what they're doing but that unfortunately won't happen. The academy products will be sold to gain clean profit (Mason Mount for example) and that money will be thrown out the window for young prospects who'd do well in other teams individually but not here together. It's basically a money laundering machine for the owners. Also, the likes of Cole Palmer will leave the club as soon as they see the oportunity because they won't waste their talent for this shitshow. Managers will come and go like in the Abramovic era but because of a different reason: They can't build a team with this transfer policy the club is forcing on them, leading to a roster consisting of players they can't work with. The club will lose it's soul and base purpose, which will lead to empty seats at the Bridge and we'll dive even deeper into madness.
