”Kurdistan, the cradle of civilization”????? U must understand how joke this sounds and how they wanted to erase our name Assyrian… the place u were at deep inside it call Assyria my dear friend! These Kurds has NOTHING to do with Mesopotamia they all are from Iran (Aryan) keep in mind that these people accupied our land and kicked us out from our land! Did u EVER see in that museum like a tablet, rock or a statue were called ”Kurd” or ”Kurdistan”??? Both of me and u know the answer is NO. Read about us Assyrians and read about Kurds u will understand what they have done to us! These relics and all the history of Gilgamesh, Babylon and Assyrian belongs to us Assyrians the land of Assyria the cradle of civilization! Peace

These magnificent buildings were built by Iranian artists, which include the arts of wood, mirror, stone, silver and gold. This art is hundreds of years old in Iran, and Iranian artists have worked in Iraq for many years to build these buildings.

Most of these beautiful buildings, including tiling, mirror work, silver work, gilding, wood art, and stone decorations, were built by Iranian artists and architects. This type of construction is nearly 2000 years old in Iran

The people there do not live in poverty, but all food, accommodation and drinks go there for free. Likewise, the thresholds responsible for this place were built. Hospitals were built as shelter for the people. Likewise, residential complexes were built for the families of the martyrs and the poor. Likewise, private universities were built to receive the sponsors of the poor and orphans as shelter therein. The money from this tourist place goes even to the people of countries where there is a famine

Your country the United States armed these terrorist organisations the artillery to kill Iraqi civilians. They were using American weapons to do so. That's not helping Iraq or any other country in your "war on terror" but rather make problems worse. I watched a video in Aleppo, Syria from Bald & Bankrupt and the local resident wished foreign troops wpuld leave so the local people can rebuild themselves. Simply put they want to be left alone ✌️

It's wild seeing these comments...as a 23 yrs that was forced to stay alive amidst the war while the American soldiers destroyed my country and got to leave while i had to live through it all.. i mean i don't hate them that much but it does irritate me. Im sure many Americans have now grown to realize their mistakes and us the younger generation have embraced the American culture and language a lott so unfortunately even amidst it all we did love the American shows and free culture.

Beautiful. I've always been amazed by the grand beauty of mosques, more so than any other religious structures. The ones like this with such intricate tile work and patterns are the closest thing I've seen in this world to represent what I've seen on breakthrough doses of DMT, I find it really fascinating that they're apparently so in tune with whatever that place is, without it being a part of their practice to partake in such things, they reinforce one another to me because of that, two independent sources touching upon the same reality, although as stunning as these mosques are it's still far from the overwhelming beauty of the direct experience, as close as anyone can get in this world I imagine though.
