We a ADT alarm system install two years ago it’s ok but it nothing to bñrag about had to replace . I buy batteries 12 at a time . Had to replace one no . Shop around . On a scale of 1 to 5 I gave it a 2.5 at best .

you cannot add sensors by yourself except you have the alarm.com mobile tech app that is managed by the alarm company

A tamper input on a module(s) is open (triggered), the trouble might from keypad, zone expander.. suggest have your alarm technician trouble shoot the issue

@@programmingmadesimple i see.. can you help me with a diagnosis here though? so i can temporarily disable the beeping by going into the error menu via *2, but the beeps return randomly after 3-4 days, do you possibly know what could be triggering this? really appreciate it!

@@tmywu tamper trouble on your keypad or zone expander/power supply. that is why you need have someone check the modules. must be one of them

call your alarm company to put the system on test. just ignore the trouble sound. after you change the battery, clear the trouble by punch in the user code
