Even though I'll never need a snowmobile in South Florida, this video is jam packed with valuable info for all sorts of applications. Thank you for making it.

My prob is 40 chain on centrifugal clutch is 420.. and since 420clutch sprocket is to small, 40chain masterlink slightly smacks the guide on the clutch.

Wonderful video for my new "mini-monster" !! One good question though..if I take the secondary apart....what is the preload on the spring when I put it back together? This has me apprehensive about taking it apart. Although my sheaves need to be polished horribly. My 30 yr. old abused it last season. Now this year I'll be able to ride it (its intended purpose) for the first time this year. I need to work on both clutches. My factory primary has graphite spray on it already. Oh,....YEAH how hot- warm do I use to burnish in the graphite as you suggest ?? on the clips & roller pins >?? Like to see the carb video...

It's a new idea, but if the point is to conserve weight wouldn't it be more efficient to create spokes of a type? This design seems less reliable, considering a broken tooth scenario, now there is not another tooth to at least catch the chain, the chain will immediately lose its position and fall off. Could this be hazardous to the operator?
