Why is it that the delay makes the start of every note sound about a quarter tone flat? I don't prefer it at all... ugh. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ipLSaZePfdl6j7s - this one sounds better without the Strymon making it flat.

@@buddyryeSE There is just a little bit of modulation on the delay, not enough to notice. You might be hearing something else, but to my ear I don’t really hear anything being pulled out of tune

I had a quick question for you Wes just out of curiosity, when you do song tutorials you use the actual tracks and stems of the songs correct? I was wondering if that would technically count as sampling and could lead to copyright claims, demonetization and your channel getting taken down. If that is not the case I was curious as to how you make the tutorials without having to deal with copyright claim issues or videos getting taken down. Do you use We Are the Hits for monetization or do you just record the tutorials with the stems from Multitracks and post them anyway?

@@matthewalves3855 Not a single one of my videos are monetized, so I hardly ever run into issues. I do use the mp3 from iTunes in the background of my videos. I’ve only had problem with a few labels before saying that I’m streaming too much of the song when I stop playing for more than 20 seconds. But that was about 5 to 7 years ago and worship labels have relaxed a good bit on KZbinrs like me which I greatly appreciate now. I really just use this channel to resource guitarists at my church, but I’m so happy that it helps others around the world too!

@@BransonGamez I would move the intro line down 2 1/2 steps. Play 10th chords for the verses on the low E and G strings. Move the chorus part to G string and have the D string be the droning string. For the bridge, any higher chord inversions will sound good

Try a medium gauge pick and make sure you have enough reverb

Sure, your guitar is in standard tuning which is E,B,G,D,A,E but they can be changed to D or flat tuning, which one did you use?
