Big help mate! I’m 6ft 2, 113kg, big strong guy but running is definitely my weakness. I lift 3 days per week and swim twice per week. After each weight session I’ll do 30 mins on the bike. I’m going to replace the bike with running once I get my weight down a bit as it really pounds on my shins. 💪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
