at the end talking about your experience at the burger place...sounds a lot like how the assistant managers are where I just got hired as the General manager (I start training on Wednesday at the corporate location) but I was told by the Area Manager (my boss) yesterday with onboarding that the two AGM that have been there 10 years treat new hires like they should know everything day 1 without being taught. How they treated the new AGM as well (she's been there 4 months now). Hopefully you're having better luck at Mcdonalds :)
