The cells show features of pleomorphism and a few mitotic figures are noted. Definite evidence of microvascular proliferation is lacking. On IHC, the stains for IDH1 is non contributory, Ki67 labeling index is 8%. The tumor cells show strong GFAP positivity. ATRX is retained.Diagnosis: The overall features are suggestive of a High Grade Glioma, Astrocytoma, NOS (CNS WHO Grade 4)Is IHC Required : YesComment: Correlation with imaging findings and other diagnostic parameters is suggested.
