I haven't watched the entire video but the skyline at the 4:25 mark is Charlotte not Raleigh; Raleigh doesn't have much of a skyline.

Manor is a dump. Those that know do not buy property east of IH35. If you want to see what Manor is like, just take a tour of the junior / high school. Do not spend your money in Manor.

Some cons for this neighborhood. 1. There is zero diversity in this neighborhood , is pretty much an Indian/South Indian community so keep that in mind. Your kids will grow up learning Telgu. 2. Literally the homes are sitting for 6+ months or more in this neighborhood , they recently opened a new section right across from this development called Parkside Peninsula and that is also not selling 3. You will immediately lose any equity as soon as you buy in this community as they are planning on building 1000's of home and yet the new section hasnt been able to fully sell out yet as they plan on opening new sections 4. There is zero commerical things close by, you truly feel like you are in the boonies, driving to HEB or Target takes 15-20 mins easily 5. The 2243/Leander road is planned to become a 8 lane highway, so if your home is close to the said road prepare to have noise level akin to I35 in the future. 6. There is active quarry right next to this development, there are occasional blasts that shake up the entire home like a mini earthquake 7. The community has no amenity center

Typically there are a few bedrooms designed to be secondary bedrooms for children or family members that are more inclined to share a bathroom. Homes are also designed this way to save costs and maximize space since typically not all bathrooms need to be used at the same time.
