Question, how can the Church of England trace her Bishops back to the Apostles? I understand the Roman Catholics claim, but the Church of England broke away. Did appointed Bishops leave the Roman Catholic church and follow the new church?

Hi, I was reading along with the Transcript. Might be time to do some corrections.

Lord woke me up, and I accepted Jesus one year ago. Since the Spirit has been leading me to daily books of prayer and the Episcopalian way... I am in love with daily devotionals, and now this common book of prayers 🙏 thank you. This is now part of my daily meditations

This takes me back to my childhood. I have always loved the Morning Prayer service from the BCP. However, one tiny point if I may. When you read the gospel, please, please read from the Authorized Version (1611). Thank you again for reading the service and I shall make this a part of my daily life. Yours in Christ.

I have a deep appreciation for the older liturgies, and I appreciate your sensitive presentation. I actually pastor a small independent church here. Nice summary. But you need a better microphone. And speak like you're teaching in front of a classroom. The intimate didact approach is okay, but a bit dull. Content was quite good though, so keep it up.
