This is incredibly meaningful. Beyond the history of the bands, brothers, life... I love that it sounds like 80s REM and adds more.

So many great alt rock songs that i felt should have been big hits, but radio is narrow, and people don't always like what I consider to be great music

I've liked this tune since it first came out, since it reminded me of my own history, and we've all got history. Pretty awesome.

This should be a class on how to pay tribute to a rockin' classic. Fantastic.

Opened for Trip Shakespeare in two different college bands at Moorhead State University (now MSU-Moorhead) MN in the late 1980s. Astonishingly intuitive musicians and performers all! And exceedingly gracious with their compliments after we opened. Good humans, each of them.

I like how the song is silly but still tells a human story that feels real and has emotion. Maybe that's what Trip Shakespeare was all about.

Don't worry. People like you still know a great song when they hear it. A born and bred Minneapolis boy can confirm.
