I couldn't endure watching more than 9 minutes! Another video with poor evaluation and misinformation. Tubio needs to pick up a book and start reading. He claims that it is "normal" to experience five migraines a year. Where did he read that? If he has modern data from scientific books and journals, let him post it! I challenge him! He should simply write the title of the article and the author. Also, as usual, he shows normal X-rays and compares them with those of patients. And if the "normal" X-ray belongs to a 20-year-old, is it not normal for there to be differences with a 50-year-old woman? Changes in the body after a certain age are expected and perfectly normal! I know that the clinic team gonna start commeting and propably i cant answer because they gonna block, me but its ok!

The lady have a nice personality.In order for her to continue feel better & better eating healthy drink alot of water like she mension,stretching doing jogging is the main key. Also gym like she mension is good too but make sure you get a trainer for every excersice that you start at the beggining because if not you will hurt your self...Exercise at all time but about the gym it has to be 4 time a week if you can but with a trainer because you can hurt your back.I usually go to the gym Mon Wed,Fri Sun because after doing heavy lift the body need to rest the fallowing day if not you will hurt your body ,muscle,back ect.I hope she continue going to Dr.Turbio so she can get beter & better with her adjustment.I see the big different im her face afyer adjustment.She look more relax,loose,happy ect.Dr.Turbio is awesome❤🙏

I feel so badly for these people but I'm shocked that they are obese and nothing's being said about the weight and the consequences of being obese on the body I think they should be talking about that privately to her because everything affects your body your stature your bones your abilities especially when you need to lose about 100 lb. I am bewildered that nothing is ever brought up by the people that come in in such pain and their obese I don't know
