Durians no need to cut! Just use a common scraper,dig into the incision lines from bottom,then use both hands to peel open,one slit at a time! Cutting like this is wastage of her arm muscle-power! Malaysian durians's flesh are so much refine and taste better than coarse and hard Thai durians!
