I heard a telepathic voice in my head in 2018 while meditating. The telepathic voice said, "Pray, meditate, eat good food, drink good water, wake up early, work your body, wash your clothes by hand. Stay humble, calm and focused. Stay kind. Write, speak, sing with your heart. You will do great things for your people, make it right." The voice also said this to me: To achieve spiritual harmony, integrate your physical, spiritual, and astral bodies through mindful breathing practices. This union will illuminate your inner light, connecting your earthly form to your celestial essence. As you ascend to higher planes of consciousness, embrace the divine radiance within your soul. Heed the timeless wisdom whispered by your heart, the seat of your soul's voice. By radiating love and light in every thought and action, your soul will soar to new heights of awareness, ultimately connecting to the realm of the Divine. Begin by sitting or lying down comfortably, closing your eyes, and relaxing all the muscles in your body. Take slow, intentional breaths, visualizing the radiant light that permeates all existence. Inhale deeply, filling your lungs with pure, white light, and exhale fully, releasing all negativity. Envision this luminescence enveloping you, seeping into every cell, and filling your heart with its essence. With each breath, the light grows brighter, becoming the very fabric of your being. In this state of unity, you will understand the fundamental nature of the universe: pure, unconditional love. As you continue to breathe in the radiance, you want to breathe very, very slowly with your belly, keeping your chest still. Time loses meaning, and reality's boundaries blur. You become one with the light. In this sacred space, you can now direct the light to a specific part of your body, visualize your aura growing more vibrant, or shine the light on someone you focus on, cultivating a deeper connection. Pretty wild if you ask me! Good luck on your journey!

We must practice Vajrasattva meditation. A person with bad karma cannot meditate. But it’s more than that, our karma colors our perception. Consider your mediated perception of the world. Thru this lens we don’t see all things arise dependent upon their own conditions, and that in this process we mentally impute labels onto things. These labels make the world seem concrete. Our whole intellectual framework, our conceptualization, it’s bad karma. Anytime you’ve been hurt, the world seems dark. And we try to make sense of it with more thinking, more concepts. When you’re in love, the world glows. The mind is calm. With genuine bodhicitta, the jewel of the Mahayana, our world glows with loving kindness. Meditation then becomes easy and omniscience is not as far fetched as our limited world view might have us believe. ❤

Forgiveness it is so important and so difficult. when people experienced sexual abused by others etc and who did evil things to us. so self hatred it is not we did wrong but the feeling of hopelessness of others outside people treated us and did to us... we becomes unworthly. people to fact the fact.. there is an old saying.. if you have solution, then there is no worry. if there is no soluton, what is the point to stress and get depression.? accepting reality as it is and let go.. of the past, as it is gone. we can start fresh karma for happiness for the future.. buddhism is the most powerful tools to equip us from suffering. thank you for teaching .. thanks.
