Is the transmitter waterproof if dropped in water?

Anyone know what's going on with the isobutane shortage in Canada? There literally no isobutane in any outdoor store, non in Walmart, none in Canadian tire. I wonder if the military is hoarding the supply for whats about to happen.

Guy adds more water to the bowl like he's doing something? It was literally above water just like it was in with the first test. Its not water proof, if anything its water resistant, but theirs clearly a difference between the 2. Know the difference people, so you're not claiming something is when it's not.

Doing it on the inside would help alot with the condensation too! On the outside i think it'll work for about 5 minutes into your drive. Then it'll dirty again!
